Refunds & Warranty

Getting a refund or placing a warranty claim should be convenient and hassle-free. This is why you never have to send your FluidTint sunglasses back - not even for a refund. Save your time, money and the hassle of going to the post office.

Refunds

 

The refund period is 190 days, starting from the delivery date. 

This gives you enough time to see how your Sanofans feel, how they look, how they compare to top brand fishing sunglasses you have bought at $150 or $200.

If your Sanofans are not clearer, crisper, more satisfactory in every way, simply initiate a One-Click-Refund™:

  2. Mention you'd like a refund.
  3. Click submit.

That's it! Your refund will be processed immediately, and keep your glasses.

Why can you keep your glasses?

Because it's a win for both sides: By allowing you to keep your Sanofans, we're forced to prioritize quality above all else. This results in sunglasses you can trust and an even lower return rate.

 

Warranty

 

1-Year Warranty

 

We warrant all sunglasses against any manufacturer's defects for a period of one (1) year, starting from the day of delivery. Manufacturer's defects are defects in materials or workmanship that impact the normal use of the sunglasses. 

 

Just contact us to start your warranty claim.

 

You don't need to send your FluidTints back. Just make them unusable following our instructions, and you are good to go.

 

This warranty does not cover any of the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratched lenses
  • Hinges becoming less snappy over time
  • Sunglasses that are stolen, lost, dropped, crushed, scratched, run over, chewed on or other damage that is caused by the consumer through improper use.

 

NOTE: Even in the above cases, we still have your back. If you provide us with your order number, we'll send you a new pair of FluidTints at a nice discount.

 

This warranty extends worldwide for the original owner.

 

Extended Warranty

 

Note: An extended warranty is only available as an optional upgrade. The same conditions as listed under the 1-year warranty apply to the extended warranty, except for the following:

 

  • The warranty period extends up to the time mentioned on your extended warranty.
  • The color-changing feature of the lenses is not covered in the extended warranty. Please visit our FAQ page for details on how color-changing lenses work.
