Yes, we do!

Do You Offer Free Shipping!

Yes, we do!

Because of our high selling volume, we are able to offer free shipping worldwide. In other words, the product price is the final price.

Can I Track My Order?

We offer package tracking on all orders at no additional costs. This means you can check the whereabouts of your sunglasses online at any time.

The tracking URL is included in the confirmation email you receive from us upon completion of your order.

Are There Duty/Tax Fees?

If you are located in the USAUKAUS, or NZL there are no additional costs. This is because the order value is below your country's tax threshold (or because of a new tax law in the UK).

Shipments to other countries may be subject to additional duties.

Where Do You Ship From?

FluidTints ship directly from our manufacturing base in China.

This is no different from brands like Oakley or Ray Ban. Both produce in China, either almost all models (Oakley) or some models (Ray Ban). In fact, our production facility is located next to the supplier of another well-known sunglasses company.

And as we ship directly to you, there are no middlemen , which means you get a much better price compared to other popular brands.

But if you have any doubt that FluidTints might not be on par with brands like Oakley, Ray Ban or Costa, don't worry: Just try them out for 190 days and if you don't like them, I personally give you your money back. You don't even need to return them!

Convenient Returns & Warranty

What Is Your Return Policy?

You can request a refund within 190 days. No questions asked. You don't even need to send your FluidTints back.

Please visit the dedicated page Refunds & Warranty for more information on how to request a refund or make a warranty claim.

What Is Your Warranty?

Your FluidTints are covered by a 1 year warranty against any manufacturer's defects. A warranty extension is available as an upgrade.

Please visit the dedicated page Refunds & Warranty for more information on how to request a refund or make a warranty claim.

Can I Change My Order?

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, which means the time window for changes is small.

This means that if you want to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll let you know if those changes are possible.

Wanna Know All The Details?

Here is a list of answers that goes into detail on how FluidTints lenses and frames work.

Are Your Sunglasses the Same for Fishing and Golf?

Yes, they are.

Yes, they are the same. The separate pages for fishing and golfing are intended to highlight the specific applications for each sport.

As you can see on the reviews page, our customers wear Sanofans for various activities including fishing, golfing, driving, cycling, hunting, and sport shooting.

Are The Nose Pads Adjustable?

Yes, they are.

To adjust the distance of the nose pads, hold each pad between your thumb and index finger and slowly push the pads either inwards or outwards. You might need to apply some force, as our pad arms are thicker than the thin wires often used with other glasses.

Note: You can adjust the earpieces in the same way.

How Can I Verify That the Lenses Are in Fact Polarized?

When you look into the water, you will notice that all surface reflections are gone and that you can see the structure and fish below clearly.

Alternatively, put on your glasses, take your mobile phone, hold it in its vertical position and unlock the screen. Next, turn the phone by 90° and notice how the screen turns dark.

How Do I Clean My Glasses?
  1. Use the cleaning cloth to remove fingerprints and dust.
  2. Use liquid soap to thoroughly clean the lenses and frame:Take a few drops of liquid soap on your hand and move your palms until the soap has turned into foam.
  3. Clean every part of your glasses with the foam, and then rinse with clean water.
  4. Place your glasses onto a clean table cloth to dry. You can also use a hand dryer at low temperature to speed up the process.

Note: Do not use any other detergent to clean your glasses!

The Lenses Seem to Get Darker in Cold Weather? Is That Normal?

Yes, that's normal.

When exposed to sunlight, the degree of darkness of the lens tint depends on the ambient temperature. FluidTint lenses will get darker in cold weather, and less so under high temperatures. This is true for all self-tinting (photochromic) lenses, including brands like Transitions®.

In very hot weather, true sunglass darkness may not be achieved anymore. However, even under these conditions, the amber base tint (in the case of FluidTint fishing sunglasses) ensures comfortable wear in most lighting conditions, except for direct sunlight.

How Quickly Do FluidTint Lenses Change?

FluidTint lenses start darkening almost immediately when exposed to natural light. The level of darkness depends on the amount of UV light (the level of sunshine) present, as well as the ambient temperature (the lower the temperature, the darker the lenses get).

The lenses fade back to their base tint when no UV light is present, e.g. when you are inside your house or car. This process is takes about five minutes on average, depending on the ambient temperature (the higher the temperature, the faster the lenses return to their base color).

How Long Does the Color-Changing Effect Last?

The color-changing effect lasts for up to 3 years depending on local lighting conditions.

But even then, the amber base tint ensures comfortable wear under most lighting conditions, except for direct sunlight.

This behavior is the same for all self-tinting (photochromic) lenses made from either polycarbonate or CR39 (standard prescriptions glasses) — including popular brands like Transitions®: Will the Transitions® lenses stop working over time?
